Welcome to the ePoster Service Center

Congratulations on your selection to present an ePoster at INS 2017! We are excited to provide you with state-of-the-art technology that allows you to share infusion nursing knowledge and experience. 

Please note: ePoster presenters must be registered to attend the meeting.
All expenses related to meeting attendance (including but not limited to registration, travel, transportation,
hotel, and meals) are the responsibility of the ePoster presenter.

Best of the Best
ePosters are judged by convention attendees and the National Council on Education (NCOE) using the Guidebook app. The winning ePoster will be announced and a certificate awarded during at the Closing Luncheon on Tuesday May 9 at 12:30 PM.

Presentation Schedule
ePosters are presented during exhibit hall hours Saturday, Sunday and Monday. You must have your ATTENDEE NAME BADGE to enter the exhibit hall...no badge, no entrance, no exceptions.

Presentations are divided into two groups consisting of a maximum of 12 ePosters in each group. GROUP I (ePosters numbered 1-12) present from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM daily. GROUP II (ePosters 13-23) present from 12:30-1:30 PM daily.

Creating Your ePoster
ePosterBoards® customer service is available with basic assistance in the development and support of your ePoster.* The following resources contain information necessary for the creation of your ePoster.






 

You can upload your ePoster to ePosterBoard. Please do so by Monday April 17th. 
BE SURE YOU BRING A COPY OF YOUR ePOSTER TO THE MEETING.
